Michael M. Kaleel

Founder and President of The Kaleel Company Inc., and Kaleel Investment Advisors, LLC, Michael has been providing wealth management advice since 1971. He specializes in building and preserving wealth for high net worth individuals and families through different life-stage needs. He also structures wealth preservation,executive benefit strategies, and succession programs for private companies.

By working closely with clients, Michael provides customized investment, estate planning, insurance advice, and financial services - all with the goal of increasing disposable income, reducing taxes, preserving wealth, providing for the future, and for following generations.

For over three decades, Michael has written and widely lectured, including in China, on the subject of wealth accumulation, wealth transfer programs, and has served as a consultant to other financial service companies on product development. He has received many awards for his achievements in the financial services arena, and is a life qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a life member of “Top of the Table,” and has served as a member of their Advisory Board. He is also a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); licensed insurance broker; member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters (AALU); and the International Forum. He is a registered representative through Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, Member FINRA.

Michael is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, and has earned accreditation from The American College in the areas of Investments, Insurance Planning, Pension, Taxation, and Estate Planning.

Sean C. Kelly

Sean has been the Investment Coordinator for The Kaleel Company, Inc. since 2003 and has worked in the financial services industry for over 13 years. Building on his experience prior to coming aboard, his primary focus is investment selection and management, portfolio design and balance, client relationship management, custom client investment programs, and tax-efficiency programs.

Prior to joining The Kaleel Company, Inc. Sean worked at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown in the Private Client Services Group in both the Boston and Philadelphia offices. He specialized in portfolio diversification strategies, client relationship management, stock option exercises, and the sale of restricted securities.

Sean is a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation and holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations, and is a licensed insurance broker. He is currently working towards his Certified Financial Planner designation.

Sean graduated from Amherst College in 1995 and St. John’s Preparatory School in 1991. He currently lives in Plymouth, MA with his wife, Lori, and their three sons. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Plymouth Youth Hockey.

Tracy A. Shea

Tracy joined The Kaleel Company in 2003 and serves as the firm’s Manager of Operations and Insurance Specialist. Tracy’s primary focus has been our firm’s individual and corporate insurance business as well as our securities compliance and regulatory maintenance.

Tracy began her career in financial services in 1988. Prior to joining The Kaleel Company, she managed institutional key accounts and international letter of credit for Fleet Bank, processed corporate licensing for Manulife Financial and most recently, led strategic marketing and business development incentives for two nationally registered broker dealers, Investors Capital Corporation and Allianz Securities.

Tracy is a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation and holds a Series 7 registration as well as being a Massachusetts licensed insurance broker.

Tracy attended Salem State College and received her BS in 1993. She has been an active member of MPI, SAMA, and Toastmasters International. Additionally, Tracy is currently enrolled for her CLU® and CFP® designations.
